Encouraging Words from Stacey Steele
Always remember to follow your heart and your dreams. In the past year, I've made a statement that I AM a fitness model and now it's finally happening! (If you can believe it, you can achieve it)! At last, I can finally say that I have competed on the fitness stage and that it was mentally and physically one of the most extreme challenges of my life. Having the right mix of cardio, weight training, and nutrition is imperative to reaching the next level, so my workouts are constantly changing. After seeing my competition photographs, I realize that I still have a lot of work to do! Training and molding the body is always a work in progress.
I hope you enjoy my modeling pictures. They are a combination of hard work, a major commitment to myself, my new and wonderful photographers (and friends), and a lot of late nights submitting my bio and pictures to every magazine and publication I came across. Don't forget—NEVER GIVE UP!
